Eventually, the weight of it all became too much. The stress was buried deep, and my coping mechanisms only masked the problem, using alcohol to de-stress, turning to secret comfort eating, and putting on a brave face while feeling completely disconnected inside. My business, my relationships, and my well-being were all suffering.
Then came the turning point—a moment of realisation that something had to change. I couldn’t keep running on empty, and I refused to let stress and burnout define my life. That’s when I took a step back to reset and truly rebalance..
